Burlington Connection Support Group — NAMI Vermont

A free, confidential NAMI Connection recovery support group for adults living with a mental health condition. Peer-led by trained facilitators who have been there themselves (Max M., Frankie N., and David T.). You can talk or just listen; no diagnosis paperwork, no referral, no cost.

Meets every Thursday, 3:00 to 4:30 PM, at the Cathedral Church of St. Paul, 2 Cherry Street, Burlington, VT 05401, in the Commons Room on the first floor. Free two-hour parking across the street.
