3 C Counseling and Wellness presents -Your Next Chapter: Virtual Support and Skills group for young adults 18-35
Your Next Chapter is a virtual therapy group for young adults ages 18–35 who are navigating life transitions, changing identities, relationships, and the responsibilities of adulthood.
The group is designed for women and nonbinary individuals who were raised or socialized as female and are looking for connection, support, and a space to better understand themselves.
This group may not be the best fit for someone seeking intensive trauma processing or crisis stabilization, or someone who needs a higher level of care.
Sarah Abraham is aConnecticut-based clinical social worker who offers trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and relational therapy. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. She believes meaningful growth happens when people have the space to feel heard, explore their experiences, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves.
Your first time: The first session is an opportunity to get comfortable, meet other group members, and begin building a sense of connection. We will talk about what brings us to the group, explore shared experiences, and establish expectations for creating a supportive and respectful space. There is no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable sharing. You are welcome to participate at your own pace.
By the end of the eight weeks, participants will have opportunities to develop a deeper understanding of themselves, identify personal needs and values, strengthen communication and boundary-setting skills, and explore what they want their next chapter to look like.
The hope is that participants leave feeling more connected, supported, and confident in navigating the transitions and relationships in their lives.
