The Rainbow Initiative: Therapy Groups for Neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ Adults
The Rainbow Initiative offers closed-cohort, curriculum-based therapy groups for neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ adults. Groups focus on DBT skills, boundaries, habit change, burnout, emotional vocabulary, and finding your people. The practice is built on neurodivergent-affirming and LGBTQIA+-affirming principles, with direct communication, plain language explanations, and respect for who you are.
Aimee, the founder, is a queer neurodivergent clinician who graduated from Boston University’s School of Social Work in 2016 and has worked in community mental health and hospital settings providing individual and group therapy.
