Surviving Infidelity: Support Group for Betrayed Partners That Stay
Discovering that your partner had an affair is devastating. It can ignite feelings of grief, confusion, anger, sadness, fear, and shame. What you’re experiencing is a normal response to a traumatic experience in your relationship. While infidelity rocks the foundation of a relationship, it doesn’t mean the relationship has to end. Many people choose to stay. Relationships can survive and even thrive after infidelity, but repair takes a lot of work. This group gives you a space to do that work with others in a similar situation who understand what you’re going through. You’ll have the opportunity to talk about your experience in a safe and affirming space, connect with others to feel less alone, move through feelings of anger, grief, fear, and shame, learn skills for navigating vulnerability in your relationship, reconnect with your sexuality and intimacy, and regain confidence and find yourself again.
