W.I.N. — Women in Need of Prenatal and Postpartum Support — is a free weekly support group hosted at TriCity Family Services in Geneva, Illinois, and sponsored by Delnor Hospital. Pregnancy and the first months with a new baby bring enormous change, and for many women that includes anxiety, depression, or simply the need for honest company. W.I.N. offers a consistent, welcoming place in the Fox Valley to find both.
What to Expect
The group meets weekly on Tuesday mornings from 10:00 to 11:30 AM at TriCity Family Services, 1120 Randall Court, Geneva. It is co-led by a family therapist and a lactation specialist, so members get emotional support and practical feeding guidance in the same room. Child care for older children is provided, which removes one of the biggest barriers new moms face in getting support for themselves. The group is always open to new members — you can join at any point.
