About This Group

reMIND, the Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance of Greater Houston, offers free peer-led support groups for individuals living with depression, bipolar disorder, and related mood conditions. Their groups provide a safe, supportive environment where participants share experiences, coping strategies, and encouragement with others who understand what it’s like to live with a mood disorder.

What to Expect

Support groups follow DBSA’s proven peer-led format with check-ins, topic discussions, and mutual support. Meetings are facilitated by trained peers who live with mood disorders.
