Real Talk Therapy: Clinical Consultation Group for Mental Health Providers
A biweekly clinical consultation group for therapists and mental health providers at all career stages. The group uses case presentations, role-plays, and examination of counter-transference to provide clinical support. Members explore how their own relational patterns and feelings emerge in their work with clients, learning to use these reactions constructively to deepen understanding.
The group creates space for therapists to speak openly about clinical challenges while also addressing practical professional concerns: seeking new career opportunities, negotiating fees, navigating licensure requirements, and building or expanding a private practice. It’s designed as a community-building space where clinicians can practice self-care, avoid burnout, and develop professional skills alongside peers.
