About This Group

The Soul Enlightenment Circle is a free, peer-led group for talking through the trauma that religion has caused many in the LGBTQ+ community. It meets in person monthly on a Thursday evening from 6:00 to 7:30 PM at The Center on Colfax, 1301 E. Colfax Ave. in Denver.

What to Expect

Members can expect to learn more about themselves and each other while processing religious harm in a space that takes both faith and identity seriously. Meetings are peer-led and confidential, focused on shared experience and mutual support rather than formal therapy.

Who This Is For

LGBTQ+ people carrying religious trauma, whether they have left faith behind, kept it, or are somewhere in between.
