Free New Landscape DID & Dissociative Disorder Peer Support — Twice Monthly Zoom
New Landscape is a free peer-led support group for anyone living with Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), Multiple Personality Disorder (MPD — the older term still used by some members), or any other dissociative disorder. The group meets twice each month via Zoom and has no clinical or professional facilitation — it is a peer space by and for people with dissociation.
What to Expect
Hour-long Zoom meetings where attendees share their experiences, ask questions, and connect with other people living with DID/MPD or dissociative disorders. The group is peer-led, meaning a member with lived experience facilitates. There is no set curriculum — topics emerge from what members bring to the meeting. The group is intentionally distinct from therapy or clinical programming.
Meeting Schedule
Two Sundays each month via Zoom. The exact Sundays and meeting links are posted at new-landscape.com. The bi-monthly schedule lets members build a rhythm of community connection without committing to weekly attendance.
Who This Is For
Adults with DID, MPD, OSDD, or another dissociative disorder. The group welcomes people at any stage — newly diagnosed, in active therapy, in long-term recovery, or still sorting out whether their experiences fit a dissociative diagnosis. Loved ones are not the focus of this particular group; members with dissociative experiences come together as the primary attendees.
Why Peer-Only Spaces Matter
Many people with DID find that purely peer spaces — without professionals present — allow for different kinds of conversation than therapist-led groups. Members can speak frankly about system experiences, alter dynamics, and the realities of daily life with dissociation in a way that does not require translating for or being observed by a clinician.
How to Join
Visit new-landscape.com for the current twice-monthly Sunday schedule and Zoom meeting links. The group is free, drop-in, and does not require pre-registration.
