Free Multiplied By One DID & Dissociation Peer Support – Online, Nationwide
Multiplied By One Org is an international nonprofit offering online peer support groups for people with dissociative disorders, Complex PTSD (CPTSD), and the loved ones of dissociative identity systems. The org combines peer support with qualified facilitation in groups built for self-expression, skill-building, and relating to others with shared experiences.
Dissociative Identities Support Group (free)
The flagship group serves people with DID and OSDD (Other Specified Dissociative Disorder). Discussions cover internal communication between system members, system mapping, inner worlds, denial of one’s own experiences, integration questions, and the day-to-day realities of living with a dissociative system. Groups are peer-led with qualified support and are explicitly not therapy or a replacement for clinical care. This group is free by default. Due to high demand, it may be temporarily waitlisted.
Trauma-Informed Addiction Recovery (T.I.A.R.) Group (free)
An alternative to 12-step programs for addiction recovery of all forms, including substances, alcohol, eating disorders, and other unhealthy coping. Sessions are conversation-style topic chats with two hosts. This group is free by default.
CPTSD Support Group
A separate peer support group for survivors of Complex PTSD, which often co-occurs with dissociative disorders. Discussions cover trauma responses, relational patterns, somatic experiences, and recovery practices specific to CPTSD as distinct from single-incident PTSD.
Loved Ones Group
Multiplied By One also runs a dedicated peer support group for the loved ones of someone with a dissociative system: partners, family, and close friends. The group provides a space to ask questions, learn about dissociation, and process the impact of supporting a loved one.
Cost
The DID and T.I.A.R. groups are free by default. Other groups have a low monthly or annual membership fee, which supports the nonprofit’s free services. Anyone unable to cover the fee can request a waiver directly on the intake form. Membership includes weekly groups plus community chats and forums.
Who This Is For
Adults (18+) with DID, OSDD, or other dissociative disorders; adults with CPTSD; adults seeking trauma-informed addiction recovery; and adult loved ones of people with dissociative systems. International membership; meetings are scheduled to accommodate multiple time zones.

Visit multipliedbyone.org/online-support-groups to see the current schedule for each group and to register. Pre-registration is required so facilitators can vet participation and maintain group safety. Replies to applications can take time due to demand.
