JFF Denver — Free Infertility Support Groups Denver & Boulder
Infertility touches every part of life — relationships, identity, faith, and sense of self. Jewish Fertility Foundation’s Denver chapter offers free peer support groups that bring together women walking this road, creating a consistent, confidential community for honest conversation and connection across the Denver and Boulder metro area.
About This Group
JFF-Denver runs monthly peer support groups in hybrid format — both virtual and in-person options are available. Virtual groups meet on the 2nd Monday (7:00 to 8:15 pm MDT) and 4th Monday (7:15 to 8:30 pm MDT) of each month. In-person groups meet monthly in Denver and Boulder, with locations shared upon registration. All groups are facilitated by trained volunteer facilitators who have their own experience with infertility. JFF-Denver also runs a Fertility Buddy program — pairing women newer to the infertility journey with veteran community members for one-on-one peer mentorship alongside the group setting. The program serves Adams, Arapahoe, Broomfield, Boulder, Denver, Douglas, and Jefferson counties.
Who This Is For
Despite the organization’s name and faith-based roots, these groups are open to all women experiencing infertility, regardless of religious background. You do not need to be Jewish to participate. Groups welcome women at any stage of the infertility journey — newly diagnosed, mid-treatment, after a loss, or navigating a decision about what comes next. Adults 18 and older are welcome. The program serves the Denver and Boulder metro area, though virtual sessions are accessible from anywhere in the region.
What to Expect
Sessions run 75 to 90 minutes and are intimate, confidential, and led by a trained peer facilitator. The format is conversational — participants share what they are navigating, receive support from others who understand, and leave with a sense of community. Registration is required 24 hours in advance. There is no cost and no clinical assessment required. Groups do not provide medical advice or therapeutic intervention — they are peer-led community spaces for connection and mutual support.
How to Join
Register online at jewishfertilityfoundation.org/densupport at least 24 hours before the session you would like to attend. After registering, you will receive the meeting link for virtual sessions or location details for in-person sessions. For program questions, reach out via the contact form at jewishfertilityfoundation.org/denver/. No intake screening is required.
Why Peer Support
Infertility is one of the most isolating experiences many people will face — rarely talked about openly, often invisible to friends and colleagues, and carrying its own complex grief through cycles of hope and loss. Peer support groups work because they connect you with people who genuinely understand the specific emotional weight of waiting, loss, and uncertainty. JFF-Denver has built a consistent local community for this purpose, backed by a national organization with years of experience walking alongside people through the infertility journey.
