About This Group
DBSA Southern Nevada provides safe, confidential support groups specifically for people with depression and bipolar disorder in the Las Vegas and Henderson areas. The chapter offers multiple meeting options including in-person groups and weekly Zoom meetings, ensuring accessible support for anyone living with mood disorders. An Allies support group is also available for family members and friends.
What to Expect
DBSA Southern Nevada offers several meeting options. In-person groups meet at the Henderson Equality Center (1st Wednesday monthly, 6-7:30pm) and at Rawson-Neal Psychiatric Hospital in Las Vegas (3rd Wednesday monthly, 6-7:30pm). A Zoom support group meets every Thursday from 6-7:30pm. An Allies group for family and friends meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays via Zoom from 6-7:30pm. Groups are peer-led and combine educational content with peer support. New members are welcome at any meeting.

The Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance is the leading national peer-directed organization focusing on mood disorders. The Southern Nevada chapter provides local, ongoing peer support with free membership and multiple meeting options to accommodate different schedules and preferences.
