About This Group
St. Louis OCD Support Group is a free, peer-led support group for individuals living with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and their family members. Meeting monthly at Missouri Baptist Medical Center in Creve Coeur, the group provides education about OCD and a supportive community for sharing experiences and coping strategies. Each meeting features a guest speaker on an OCD-related topic followed by a peer support session.
What to Expect
Meetings are held on the third Saturday of each month in a two-part format. The first hour (10:00am-11:00am) features a guest speaker presenting on OCD-related topics such as treatment options, exposure and response prevention (ERP), medication, family dynamics, and coping strategies. The second portion (11:15am-12:00pm) is a peer support group where attendees can share experiences, ask questions, and connect with others who understand OCD. Both portions are free and open to the public. New attendees are welcome at any meeting.
