Free Rett Syndrome Family Support - Colorado | RMRA

About This Group

The Rocky Mountain Rett Association (RMRA) started in 2005 when Colorado families and friends of children with Rett syndrome began raising funds for national Rett organizations, and became its own nonprofit in 2009. RMRA maintains the Rett Clinic at Children’s Hospital Colorado, a multidisciplinary clinic where up to 15 sub-specialty providers come to see each family in one room during a single visit.

Ways to Find Support

RMRA is a volunteer-based community that runs family events throughout the year, including a fly-fishing tournament, a family BBQ and roll, a Mardi Gras gala, and a Community Education Day, alongside its core mission of funding the Rett Clinic and supporting research toward a cure. The community stays active and current, with new events posted well into 2027.

Who This Is For

Children and families affected by Rett syndrome, anywhere in Colorado and the wider Rocky Mountain region.
