Free LGBTQ+ Family Support - Colorado Springs | PFLAG
About This Group
PFLAG Colorado Springs, a chapter whose local roots reach back to the early 1980s, supports LGBTQ+ people and their families in the Pikes Peak region through monthly chapter meetings with speakers, discussion, and peer support, plus a telephone support line and a monthly newsletter reaching over 500 subscribers.
What to Expect
Monthly meetings combine an educational program with support conversation among parents, family members, allies, and LGBTQ+ people. The chapter also hosts a monthly in-person Moms Support Group for moms of LGBTQ+ kids of all ages, from little ones to grown adults. In their words: come as you are.
Who This Is For
Parents, families, friends, and allies of LGBTQ+ people in the Colorado Springs area, and LGBTQ+ people themselves.
How to Join
Chapter meetings are the third Tuesday of each month, 7:00 to 8:30 PM. Meetings are held virtually November through February; see pflagcoloradosprings.org for the current venue and Zoom details. For more free options, see the Colorado support groups directory on The Group Guide.
