About This Group

The Parenting Neurodivergent Children Support Group is a free, confidential space for parents and caregivers raising children with ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder, anxiety, OCD, and other neurodivergent traits. Parenting a neurodivergent child comes with unique joys and challenges, and this group connects you with other parents who truly understand. Together, participants share strategies, celebrate victories, and support one another through the tough days.

What to Expect

Each meeting is led by a trained volunteer facilitator and includes open discussion among a small group of 6–16 parents. Topics may include navigating school accommodations, managing sensory needs, handling meltdowns, finding the right therapists, building your child’s confidence, and taking care of yourself as a caregiver. The group is nonjudgmental and supportive — you can share as much or as little as you’d like.
