Free Military Spouse Peer Support - National | Military OneSource

About This Group

Military OneSource is the official Department of Defense program supporting service members and their families through every stage of military life. Its Spouse Peer-to-Peer Support connects military spouses with trained peer consultants who have personally walked the same path, from new-spouse orientation to deployment to retirement or separation.

Ways to Find Support

Peer consultants are available for as many sessions as needed, on any topic, whether that’s navigating military acronyms and a new duty station, finding someone to talk to while a spouse is deployed, or preparing for a homecoming or transition out of the military. Military spouses can also access free, confidential non-medical counseling through Military OneSource, up to 12 sessions per issue per year, that doesn’t report back to the chain of command. Colorado spouses connected to Fort Carson, Peterson Space Force Base, Buckley Space Force Base, Schriever Space Force Base, or the Air Force Academy are all eligible.

Who This Is For

Spouses and partners of active duty, National Guard, and Reserve service members, anywhere in the U.S. including Colorado.
