The group meets every Wednesday from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center, generally on the sixth floor in the Boardroom. Sessions are facilitated by an international board-certified lactation consultant (IBCLC) and breastfeeding educator, so moms can get expert answers to feeding questions alongside honest conversation about sleep, recovery, and the everyday realities of life with a newborn. Free weight checks are available for babies at each meeting, and little ones are always welcome in the room.
