Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA) Oklahoma
About This Group
The Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA) Oklahoma provides free, confidential, non-judgmental peer support groups for individuals living with depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders. Led by trained facilitators with lived experience, DBSA groups offer a safe space to share challenges, learn coping strategies, and connect with others who understand what it means to live with a mood disorder.
What to Expect
DBSA support groups follow a structured format designed to promote sharing, mutual support, and practical coping skills. Meetings are facilitated by trained peers who have personal experience with mood disorders. Group discussions may cover managing symptoms, medication experiences, therapy strategies, relationship challenges, workplace issues, and building resilience. Members support one another through both difficult times and celebrations of progress. No prior experience with support groups is needed.
About DBSA
