Connected PNW - Core program

Connected PNW - Core program
Enrolling nowStarts Jan 10

Connected is a guided, in-person experience where single adults learn, practice, and strengthen the skills that support lasting relationships. The program is designed for people at different starting points: some can get first dates but struggle to develop them into ongoing relationships, while others have little dating experience and want guided practice before beginning to date.

The Connected Experience is a 5–6 month program that combines learning, real-world practice, and community. You’ll explore your relationship goals and build practical skills through three workshops followed by social activities and weekly coaching. Topics include what you want in a relationship, how you communicate and listen, the habits you bring into early connection, boundaries, consent, attraction, and how to stay present when dating feels uncertain.

After the workshops, you’ll be paired with a practice partner (not matched for dating) and receive weekly coaching for approximately three months. You’ll practice new skills through real-life interactions like coffee dates or walks, then reflect on what happened and plan what to try next. After graduation, you can join optional Social Club events and stay part of the community.

What to expect: Workshops are held on weekends in Bellevue, WA. The program includes three four-hour workshops, each followed by a social activity such as a dance class or group outing. You’ll meet potential practice partners and have a voice in choosing whom to practice with. Weekly coaching is scheduled individually. The program is in-person in Bellevue and serves the Seattle/Eastside area.
